Collided

"Collided is how I imagine a "battle of minds": different views and no congruence..."

Collided is a very modern and highly textured artwork. 3D look is created by using lots of layers of paint and a special light weight clay for the stones. Colors used: Quinacridone Scarlet and Phtalo Green with different shades in between. Stones are painted in a Deep Rich Iridescent Bronze.
A good size, it's an excellent match for any contemporary, eclectic wall decor!

Created using professional grade acrylics on gallery wrapped 100% cotton canvas. Sides are painted, and staples are on the back, not on sides, so there is no need to frame it(unless you want to do so).
Support used is 1 1/2" wooden stretcher bars.
I've finished it off with multiple coats of clear gloss to add shine and protect the painting itself.
Work is signed.
